Also… How best to help founders, inventors, entrepreneurs, politicians discover and share this so they can help everyone rather than using the existing open source web and techniques for zero sum gain private profit at everyones expense?
Life as we know it can be lived in heaven (positivist/euphoria) or in hell (negativity/depression) right now according to how we have been conditioned by culture and continue to train our brains to think.
There are many free and proven techniques that have been used to make anyone even happier for (at least) thousands of years!
Here are a few to start…
1. Pausing to stop and remind ourselves of how lucky we all are just to exist (let alone have any of the wonders of existence) every day can help anyone train their brain to become even happier every day.
2. Walking, jogging, cycling or even running for a few minutes can help invigorate anyone’s body making your blood circulate which release natural endorphin’s that help you feel your full body and become aware of the beauty everywhere in every second.
3. Doing simple workout exercise every day in any location ( 5-20 sit-ups and press-ups) helps to make you pause and appreciate your body/mind/life while making you fitter and more confident in yourself.
4. Doing little acts of kindness and making sure everyone “pays it forward” when they receive them makes everyone feel good by helping others every day. Anyone can buy two cheaper (filter) coffees and give one away or buy one get one free (bogof) and give the second one away free.
5. Singing (in the shower or lift) and listening while sharing music as this enhances everyones day. And dancing…
6. Not competing or comparing ourselves with others as this is a selfish act and is a form of self harm as it makes you unhappy and make you act in a negative way which harms others!
7. Staying away from negative and selfish or manipulative/fake people and encouraging positive, selfless and honest/open people makes everyone happier while teaching the negative people how to act in positive social way.
